PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield in which inner part of a shield enclosure can be removed and replaced by an exchange cover and electronic components on a printed board can be accessed. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shield for printed board comprises a shield enclosure 12 including a plurality of side walls 14 and an integrated top face 16 provided with notches for removing an inner part 26 thereof. A peripheral rim is thereby left and an exchange cover being fixed to the peripheral rim is included. The exchange cover includes a metal foil or a metal plate material having an adhesive face.
