HIGH FREQUENCY NON-REVERSIBLE CIRCUIT ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency non-reversible circuit element whose adjustment of a frequency characteristic is easy and which is superior in uniformity and mass production. SOLUTION: In a high frequency non-reversible circuit element, a hole for engaging a magnetic body for non-reversible circuit 2 is provided to a dielectric substrate 1 and a hole for engaging a magnetic body for adjusting frequency characteristic 3 on the periphery of the former. The magnetic body for non- reversible circuit 2 and the magnetic body for adjusting frequency characteristic 3 are engaged to the holes. Conductors are printed on the surfaces of the dielectric substrate 1 and the magnetic body for non-reversible circuit 2, and a micro strip line 4 is formed. A ground conductor 5 is disposed at the back of the substrate 1. The frequency characteristic of the non-reversible circuit can reversibly be adjusted by changing the degree of magnetization on the magnetic body for adjusting frequency characteristic 3.
