PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive layer remaining type negative waterless planographic original printing plate having excellent image reproducibility and preservable stability. SOLUTION: In the waterless planographic original printing plate formed by laminating at least a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a supporting body in this order, the photosensitive layer is separated into 2 phases of a phase consisting essentially of a compound having hydroxide group and quinone diazide group and a phase consisting essentially of a polymer and a specific addition type silicone rubber layer is used as the silicone rubber layer. As a result, the waterless planographic original printing plate having excellent image reproducibility and preservable stability is obtained.
