PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing noise in operating without causing image defects. SOLUTION: In this image forming device where an insulating flange 1 is attached to an end part of an electrophotographic photoreceptor, while providing the insulating flange with combined function of conduction with respect to the electrophotographic photoreceptor and of rotary drive, from an edge part of a ground plate formed at the drum inside of the insulating flange 1, at least, one unit of arm 6 furnished with the elasticity is extended in the approximately vertical direction with respect to the insulating plane, and a slidable contact point 4 further extended from the arm 6 in almost parallel to the plane is held in slidable contact with the conductive supporting shaft. |
