PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching member driver and a motor whose elastic members do not need the high environmental resistance and which can reduce a fitting load and an impact in the motor sufficiently. SOLUTION: A motor 1 has a motor main part 2 which drives a rotary shaft to rotate, and an output unit 3 which has an output shaft 10 rotating in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft. A motor protective rubber 6 and a C-ring spring 8 are provided between the rotary shaft and the output shaft 10. The rotation force of the rotary shaft is transmitted to the output shaft 10 through the motor protective rubber 6 and the C-ring spring 8.
