PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient method to control the radio communication device in an emergent state. SOLUTION: The device is controlled by a user interface means and fixed in a vehicle. The device executes services relating to emergency in an active state and a user interface of a mobile telephone set 1 is changed to be set to an emergency mode when the device is active in services relating to the emergency. The user interface is simply and conveniently handled on emergency under the emergency mode of the user interface.
