Drying operation in which a flow of air (F2) passes through the closed loop of an evaporator (24) and a dehydrator (54). A dehydrant, which can be heat regenerated, is used in a regeneration operation in which heat is applied. An air flow sweep is used to evacuate the humidity extracted from the product.
