<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch state recognition device which can detect a communication deficiency while attaining low cost. SOLUTION: A switch state recognition device is equipped with an operation unit 1 having a switch state transmission means 6 transmitting to the outside, which is connected to opening and closing switches SW1 to SW8, generates switch state data coding an opening and closing state of each opening and closing switch and with a recognition unit 7 which is communicatively connected to the operation unit 1, decodes the switch state data received from the operation unit 1 and recognizes the opening and closing state of each of the opening and closing switches. In this device, at least one of the opening and closing switches SW1 to SW8 is made to be a pseudo-switche SW7 or SW8 which is in normally open state or a normally closed state. The recognition unit 7 decides that communication of the switch state date is in abnormal state if the pseudo-switches SW7 and SW8 are erroneously recognized when the switch state data are decoded.</p> |
