PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, which can be applied to printer engines of more than two beams as well, in simple configuration. SOLUTION: This device is provided with image input 205 including an image data input memory 202 for n+(x-1) lines when a window size is defined as n×m, window memory 203 in the size of [n+(x-1)]×m, and input timing control 204 for updating the image data in the input memory synchronously with a system clock CLK; correction output timing control 208 for outputting data correction 206 and 207 for generating image data 2 corresponding to the content distribution of image data 1 in the window 203, and outputting image data 2 synchronously with the system clock CLK; and synchronizing control 214 for sending out image data 3 and 4 of an output memory synchronously with (x) pieces of output memories 212 and 213 for storing the image data 2 and the synchronizing signal of a printer engine 106.
