PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission by enabling an installment capacity of a transmission line between communication areas to be reduced and without generating crosstalks. SOLUTION: Center light transmitters-receivers 1-1 to 1-4 are provided at the center of each of communication areas '1' to '4' respectively, each of the center light transmitters-receivers 1-1 to 1-4 performs optical communication with plural repeaters (intra-area repeaters) 2 installed in the communication areas '1' to '4' respectively. Also, the repeaters 2a (inter-area repeaters) is disposed between the communication areas '1' and '4' respectively, the inter- area repeater 2a perform communication by an optical radio between the center light transmitters-receivers 1-1 to 1-4 in the communication areas '1' and '4' and the inter-area repeaters 2a in the adjacent communication areas perform communication by way of an optical fiber. |
