PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operator's cost by automatically executing settlement processing based on received voice information without increasing a telephone charge at the time of inputting information related to settlement. SOLUTION: A voice signal indicating the contents of a procedure requested to a settlement processor with an automatic voice answering function (a settlement processor) 5 is inputted from a requester. A voice watermark padding processing part (padding processing part) 91 reads out respective data such as a signature for confirming the requester himself (or herself), a transferred bank name, an account number of the transferred bank, and a transferred amount from settlement related information storing part (storing part) 71 . The padding processing part 91 pads respective data obtained by voice watermark processing in the voice signal and transmits the padded signal to the settlement processor 5. A voice watermark extraction processing part (extraction processing part) 13 extracts the settlement related information data from the voice signal by voice watermark processing and a voice recognition processing part 15 judges settlement procedure contents from the voice signal by voice recognition processing. A requester confirmation processing part 11 executes person confirming processing by speaker inquiry based on the received voice signal. Only when a judged result indicating the requester himself (herself) is applied from the processing part 11, a settlement processing part 17 executes prescribed settlement processing from the settlement related information data and the settlement procedure contents. |
