<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent cracking of an insulating material due to direct contact of a permanent magnet or an edge part of an inner core to the insulating material, related to an ignition coil wherein the inside of a housing is filled with the insulating material after the inner core (and permanent magnet) is coated with an elastic member and a heat shrinkable tube. SOLUTION: Elastic members 3 and 4 or a heat shrinkable tube 2 is provided with a communication hole 3b which communicates an inner core chamber 5 formed of the elastic members 3 and 4 and the heat shrinkable tube 2 with the outside, and a remaining air inside the inner core chamber 5 under vacuum state is exhausted, for preventing the elastic members 3 and 4 from pushed out of the heat shrinkable tube 2 due to expansion of the remaining air.</p> |
