PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact type IC card information writer which can display (print) and write information that a human can visually recognize (1st information) and information that can be read and written electromagnetically (2nd information) and control a printer part and a write part in one body. SOLUTION: This device has the printer part 11 having a printing mechanism 17 which prints the 1st information on the top surface of a noncontact type IC card 1A, a write part 12 having a writing mechanism 24 which electromagnetically writes the 2nd information to an IC chip, and a control part 13 which controls the write part 12 and printer part 11 so that the printer part 11 and write part 12 are combined. |
