PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a time information display device for eliminating annoyances in operation, and its setting method. SOLUTION: A time information display device is provided with a display means 17 for displaying time information, an operation means 11 for outputting a specific operation signal by a rotary operation, a first signal output means 12 for outputting a specific operation signal that is outputted by the operation means 11, after converting it to a rotary direction signal for indicating the rotary direction of the operation, a second signal output means 13 for outputting a specific operation signal that is outputted by the operation means 11 after converting it to an amount-of-rotary-operation signal for indicating the amount of rotary operation of the operation, an operation means 15 for calculating the amount of setting of time information, based on the rotary direction signal that is outputted by the first signal output means 12 and the amount-of-rotary- operation signal that is outputted from the second signal output means 13, and a time information setting means 16 for setting time information, based on the amount of setting that is calculated by the operation means 15. |
