PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the data transfer performance by preparing plural communication paths having selection priorities and a communication path management table which manages the upper limit number of connections to be secured via those communication paths and selecting a communication path whose connection number does not exceed its upper limit value and is subject to its selection priority by making reference to its own communication path management table in a communication mode. SOLUTION: A communication application 211 requests a communication path selection processing part 213 to set up the connections. The 213 checks the current number of connections which are assigned to the communication paths of a communication path management table 212 and selects a communication path having its connection number smaller than its upper limit value and also having the highest priority. A transmission processing part 214 adds 1 to the current connection number of the selected communication path and transmits the data via this communication path. If the failure is replied for the transmission of data, 1 is subtracted from the current connection number. If the success of the transmission of data is replied, the current connection number is kept as it is. |
