PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost-down by enabling the use of a small capacity capacitor as a power source circuit for backup. SOLUTION: Concerning an integrated IC 120 having a demultiplexer 108 and an IC card I/F part 114, the I/F part 114 requires the backup of a power source. The integrated IC 120 has a main power source terminal 121 and a backup terminal 123 to connect a capacitor 130 as the power source circuit for backup. The main power source terminal 121 is connected to the power source line of the demultiplexer 108 and connected through a DC/DC converter 124 to the power source line of the I/F part 114. The power source line of the demultiplexer 108 and the power source line of the I/F part 114 are turned into equivalently separated state by the converter 124. At the time of backup, power is supplied from the capacitor 130 only to the I/F part 114 and power consumption is suppressed.
