PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the wasteful energy and reduce the quantity of supply of hot water by supplying high temperature hot water. SOLUTION: A circulating pump 36 is provided in a circulating passage 32 connected to a bathtub 1. A suitable temperature hot water supply means 51 is provided for supplying suitable temperature hot water adjusted to setting temperature to the circulating passage 32. A high temperature hot water supply means 52 is provided for supplying high temperature hot water to the circulating passage 32. Upon supply of the high temperature hot water to the bathtub, the high temperature hot water is supplied thereto while the hot water of the bathtub is circulated to the circulating passage 32 by the circulating pump 36 and the hot water of the bathtub is mixed with the high temperature hot water in the circulating passage 32 to obtain suitable temperature hot water and return it to the bathtub 1.
