PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegal image formation preventing circuit of simple configuration with which it can be discriminated whether image data are data of a detection object or not in a short time without lowering a recognition rate. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a recognition part 15 for performing recognizing processing to received image data, discriminating whether it is an illegal image or not and outputting the discriminated result to an image processing part 11, storage part 17 for storing illegal image data recognized as the illegal image by the recognition part 15, and comparing/ discriminating part 18 for comparing the illegal image data stored in the storage part 17 with an image based on input image data applied through an image working part 16 and finding the matching degree. When the illegal image is discriminated even by any one of comparing/discriminating part 18 and recognition part 15, a detection signal is sent to the image processing part and normal printing is stopped. Because of digital data, the stored illegal image is stabilized as well and can be discriminated at high speed. |
