PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reversible circuit element which can prevent crosstalk and abnormal operation due to spurious radiation and can reduce an insertion loss when the circuit element constituting a low-pass filter is formed in a dielectric substrate. SOLUTION: In a lumped constant isolator (non-reversible circuit element). a magnet 6 is arranged toward a magnetic assembly 4 where a plurality of center electrodes 8-10 are made to cross one another on a ferrite 7 through a dielectric substrate 18, and the magnet 6 applies a DC magnetic field to the magnetic assembly 4. In such a case, an inductor L1 constituting aπ-type low- pass filter is pattern-formed on the dielectric substrate 18 as a circuit element 20, and a dielectric film 25 is sandwiched between the dielectric substrate 18 and the magnet 6.
