SOLUTION: A photoreceptor drum 38b is located at the lower right position with respect to a photoreceptor drum 38a, To make an optical path length at the position of the photoreceptor drum 38b equal to that at the position of the photoreceptor 38a, supporting bases 32, 33 are shifted on the side of an fθlens 29 along guide parts 21a, 21b, and then, the supporting bases are fixed on an optical box 21. After a mirror holding base supported by the supporting bases 32, 33 is turned and a reflecting mirror 30b is thereby adjusted so that the photoreceptor drum 38b is irradiated with the laser beam at a predetermined position, the supporting bases 32, 33 are fixed by screws 34, 35.
