PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic switch for the call transfer service where call transfer is prevented from left unswitched, mis-entry of dialing for transfer switch back is prevented and a call transfer state is visually and audibly confirmed. SOLUTION: A timer 4 counts clock pulses and provides an output automatically every 24-hour, and when a transfer switch 1 is operated, the switch 1 activates a flip-flop circuit FF 11B, a counter 5 counts clock pulses, generates an address signal of a dial transfer switch number of a transfer switch instruction and outputs it to a dial control circuit 6, which decodes the address signal to sequentially drives a relay circuit 7, sequentially closes relay contacts connecting in parallel with dial contacts for the transfer switch dial number of a telephone set 12 and allows the telephone set 12 to transfer the transfer switch dial pulses to an exchange 13. A transfer detection circuit 8 detects a transfer state of the telephone set 12, displays the state on a display device 9 and a voice generating circuit 10 guides the state in voice.
