PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader writer which enables anybody to easily and surely read and write information to and out of an IC card and is easy to use. SOLUTION: The IC card reader writer which records information on an IC card 4 and reads the information out of the IC card 4 by making use of a radio wave outputted from its internal antenna 3 is provided with a read and/or write part for reading and/or writing the IC card 4 from both the surface sides of the antenna 3 nearby both the surfaces of the antenna 3. |
