<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce disturbances on a base station belonging to other operator, without making strict the adjacent channel leakage power standards of a transmission signal of a terminal station. SOLUTION: Cells A1, A4 and a cell B1 that belong to different code division multiple access CDMA communication system are resident in the same area. Terminal stations in the cell A1 or A4 are divided into two groups (A11 and A12 or A41 and A42 ). Then when a propagation loss in a channel between a base station and a terminal station is larger than a prescribed value, because this means that the terminal station is resident at a place apart from the base station, frequency channels fa2, fa3 not in contact with a frequency band assigned to the CDMA communication system for the cell B1 without the possibility of giving adjacent disturbance to a base station of other CDMA communication system (base station in the cell B1) are assigned.</p> |
