PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that identifies an access to the Internet via a telephone network and a service provider. SOLUTION: The method decides identity of a user based on a transmission address or a destination address of an Internet packet sent or received by the user and based on a pair consisting of a call number of the user of a telephone network 5 firstly and of an Internet address that is allocated to the user by a service provider 7 secondly. The method executes the service depending on the identity.
