PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of sucking liquid efficiently even in the case that a small quantity of liquid exists in a vessel. SOLUTION: In the case that a liquid level can not be detected even when a nozzle 10 is pulled down up to a lower reference level 100, a descending speed of the nozzle 10 is switched low and the tip of the nozzle 10 is brought into contact with a bottom face of a vessel 12. Afterwards, the nozzle 10 is pulled up little, and if the residual quantity is less than prescribed, a small quantity of liquid 14 is sucked almost completely in that state. |
