PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the overall height of the luminaire, and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A supporting piece 6 is formed by cutting and erecting near the center of the under surface of the bottom plate 1a of a luminaire body 1, and a contact piece 52 of a spring body 5 is set opposite to the supporting piece 6. When a holding part 22a on one side wall 21 of a socket cover 20 is inserted between the contact piece 5a of the spring body 5 and the support piece 6, the pressure F toward the bottom plate 1a acts on the other side wall 21b of the socket cover 20, to closely contact the socket cover 20 with the under surface of the bottom plate 1a, and to hold it. Consequently, the overall height of the luminaire can be set smaller than the conventional one, in what is called a chevron-type luminaire in which an approximately chevron-shaped reflector 30 is put between the luminaire body 1 and a lamp 60. Further, a quantity of a spring material forming the spring body 5 can be lessened compared with the conventional ways, which reduces costs. |
