PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate an electromagnetic wave shield with a function of a high density electric circuit by insert-forming a thin metal plate having fine electric circuits on one side of a resin body and forming a thin metal film on the other side to which an electromagnetic wave shield function is given. SOLUTION: On the top face of a resin molding body 12a in a metal sheet circuit insert molding 11, a matrix good in conductivity such as phosphor bronze is solder-plated at 2-3μm to improve the solderability for mounting electronic components, thin metal plates 13 having a plurality of electric circuits 13a formed thereon are integrated by the insert molding, the left ends of the thin metal plates 13 become a plurality of fine leads for the electric circuits 13a and bundled by resin bodies 12b into a unified body to be a male type connector 11a, and a thin metal film 14 having an electromagnetic wave shield function is formed on the lower face of the resin molding body 12a.
