PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to decrease the fluctuations in the flying height of a floating slider, etc., at the time of writing, etc., of information by forming a resin substrate which is less in warpage, etc., and has excellent dimensional stability with lapse of time. SOLUTION: This process for production consists in molding disk-shaped resin substrates P having a central hole by an injection molding, etc., and feeding the plural resin substrates P into a heating furnace held at the temp. right below the glass transition temp. of the resin before or after forming magnetic layers on the surfaces of the resin substrates P and subjecting the substrates to a heat treatment. The resin substrates P and spacers 40 formed with projecting lines 44, 46 corresponding to the inner peripheral edges and outer peripheral edges of the resin substrates P are alternately horizontally stacked on a base plate 22 erected with a pole 24 in the state of fitting the pole 24 to the central holes of the resin substrates P and the central holes of these spacers 40 at the time of feeding the substrates into the heating furnace. The data areas of the resin substrates P are covered by ring plate parts 45 for connecting the projecting lines 44, 46 to each other apart spacings in the thickness direction of the resin substrates P. |
