PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a carrier attachment and an uneven image and read-off over a long period by incorporating a magnetic powder having a magnetic power per one carrier grain in a specified range and a binder resin. SOLUTION: The binder carrier comprises the magnetic powder and the binder resin and the binder carrier has a magnetic power of 1.00×10<-6> -7.00×10<-6> , preferably, 2.00×10<-6> -6.00×10<-6> emu per one carrier grain. It is preferred that the product of log10 ρ (ρ is static resistivity Ω cm) with kinetic electric current CDC500 value (nA) at the time of being applied to direct current 500 volt is 40-270, preferably, 50-250, thus a carrier attachment preventive effect and read- off preventive effect can be further enhanced by regulating this product. |
