PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide satisfactory acoustic characteristics, while the height of a loudspeaker system is kept low and a wider listening area is secured by turning low-frequency sound speakers, which are horizontally arranged face inside with a specified opening angle. SOLUTION: Low-frequency sound loudspeakers 1A and 1B are arranged above a high sound speaker 3 as a group and low sound speakers 2A and 2B are arranged below the high sound speaker 3 as a group. They are set equivalent and coaxial. The low-frequency sound speakers 1A, 1B, and 2A, 2B are respectively horizontally arranged, and moreover they face each other inside with opening anglesα. The four low-frequency sound speakers 1A-2B are connected so that the same signals are added. The opening angleαis set between 150 degrees and 110 degrees. The angle is decided by considering the setting of a speaker diameter, a use band and a listening area. Then, the change of sound pressure owing to the two causes of a distance and directivity is mutually compensated, and the movement of a sound source can be eliminated by appropriately selecting the opening angleα.
