摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple grid at low cost without performing etching by providing a metal mesh stuck to a metal frame body formed from metal wires and formed by braiding the metal wires. SOLUTION: A metal frame body 20a is mounted on one face of a metal mesh 23 and they are crimped by applying pressure from the upper and lower sides of the metal frame body 20a and the metal mesh 23 (cold welding). That is, this process utilizes an anchor effect caused by applying high pressure to the metal and dispenses with any adhesive or electrical welding, so that a manufacturing process becomes very simple. Unwanted metal mesh 23 hanging out from the metal frame body 20a is cut off. A grid 6 is finally provided by bending a part to become a leg, when it is mounted on a glass substrate. For instance, stainless steel having a diameter of 10-300μm is used for the metal wire 20 and one having 30-150μm square-shaped stitches is used for the metal mesh 23. Because an etching process is not performed, the disposal of waste liquid is not required.
