<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the quick and correct operation and to prevent the leakage of the internal fluid by comprising a movable valve mechanism in a valve body, forming the movable valve mechanism by at least a pair of movable valve elements and a connector or the like for deformably conducting the harmonic motion among the adjacent movable valve elements. SOLUTION: A body 12 comprises a main bore 14 longitudinally penetrated and extended, and a secondary bore 20 of a small diameter extended in parallel with the main bore 14, and a hollow flow tube 22 is accomodated in the secondary bore 20. The load ports 26, 28 are formed on a side part of the body 12, and a pneumatic operation-type cylinder 34 is connected thereto. The main bore 14 is provided with the first and second sleeves 36, 42 comprising the valve seats 37, 39; 41, 43, the ball valves 46, 48, 50 as the movable valve elements are accomodated in the chambers 36a, 38a, 42a defined by these sleeves 36, 42, and the ball valves are linked by the spring connectors 47, 49. Further a piston 54 is mounted for energizing the ball valve 50.</p> |
