PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable every reader to transfer the information on an ID code, etc., without inserting his card into a card reader nor approximating the card to the card reader by connecting the reader to a LAN(local area network) via a hub and connecting a server, a database server, etc., to the LAN. SOLUTION: The readers 17 are provided as the external devices which transfer the information to the spectacles 1 incorporated with the personal information. The readers 17 are connected to a a LAN 12 via the hubs 15, and a server 13, a database server 14, etc., are connected to the LAN 12. Then every reader 17 is arranged on the wall surface near a door or at an inside position of the door. When a person wearing the spectacles 1 or its substitute gets close to the reader 17 within a communication enable distance, the communication is started via the electrostatic tuning between the spectacles 17 and the reader 17. Thus, the troublesome processing operations can be eliminated. |
