PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which can stably supply a developer to a developer carrying body. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a supply means of a developer which has a supply surface of a developer comprising a foamed body 303 fixed with an insulating adhesive 302 to a shaft axis 301. The insulating adhesive 302 has at least one passage having a larger size than the average cell diameter of the foam 303. The foamed body 303 has <=90 ASKER F hardness and >=80 cells/inch number of cells. |
