摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low crosstalk optical wiring of small crosstalk between optical wirings and high reliability by reducing a noise light generating the crosstalk by being connected to an adjacent optical waveguide core especially in the case of use in an optical communication equipment or the like. SOLUTION: In this optical wiring in which the plural columns of the optical waveguide cores 12 for propagating optical signals are parallelly embedded inside the same plane inside an optical waveguide clad layer (upper optical waveguide clad 13) provided with a refraction index smaller than the one of the optical waveguide core 12, a groove provided with a wall surface for radiating leaking basic mode light or high-order mode light to the outer side of the optical waveguide core 12 by reflection or refraction, for instance the groove 14 whose cross section is chevron shaped, is disposed inside the optical waveguide clad layer between the embedded optical waveguide cores 12 without being in contact with the optical waveguide cores 12. Also, the groove 14 is positioned, especially at the bend part of the optical wiring composed of a multi-mode optical waveguide, an S-shaped bend part 15 for instance.
