PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a function for measuring an output level of a television signal addition of only a small number of components. SOLUTION: When the mode of the device is switched to a measurement mode, an audio carrier signal in an intermediate frequency signal modulation section 19 is stopped, and a video signal is stopped and only a video carrier signal is outputted. Thus, a detection section 3 outputs a detected video carrier signal. An A/D converter 28 converts the video carrier signal into a signal, which is displayed on a display section 33. Since a CPU 29 controls the device in the measurement mode, a program for the measurement mode has only to be added to the device. |
