PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device constitution which not only transmits and receives picture and sound signals, etc., but also easily multiplexes a data signal from the system side of an equipment to perform transmission and communication with respect to an MPEG picture encoding transmission equipment. SOLUTION: A fourth port is connected to a system bus 100 to obtain such constitution that the control from the system can be performed and the data signal from the system can be written and read. Thus, data on the system side are easily multiplexed and demultiplexed together with picture and sound data on this 4-port memory, and an efficient picture, sound, and data composite transmission equipment is obtained. |
