A knee outfit comprising two joint supporting members (44, 44) forming columns for supporting the inner side and both sides of a knee, a connecting member (40) for supporting two joint supporting members (44, 44) at a specified interval, an upper strap (45) for fixedly winding the upper parts of the joint supporting members (44, 44) on a femoral region, a lower strap (46) for fixedly winding the lower parts of the joint supporting members (44, 44) on a crus region, and a knee rear pad (47) for preventing the connecting member (40) from coming in contact directly with a skin by pressing it from the rear side of a knee joint, wherein the joint supporting member (44) comprises a base member (31), an upper arm (32), and a lower arm (33), the upper arm (32) and lower arm (33) are supported pivotally on the base member (31) at both end parts and installed rotatably on the same plane, whereby sitting on a chair or kneeling down is enabled without removing the knee outfit because the upper arm (32) and lower arm (33) can rotatably follow the femoral region and crus region when the knee is bent, respectively.
