The invention concerns a cereal plant extract based on polar lipids comprising a mixture of phytosphingolipids and phyto-glycoglycerolipids in a weight ratio ranging between 0.5 and 2. Said plant extract has remarkable anti-collagenase and anti-elastase properties. The invention also a cosmetic composition comprising said plant extract, in particular in the form of an autoemulsive cosmetic composition. The invention further concerns the preparation of vegetable oils obtained from the extraction and purification method for use in cosmetic and dietetic formulations.
