摘要 The invention concerns a method for assembling by brazing which consists in: 1) placing between the two parts an aluminium brazing alloy comprising 12 to 30 wt.% of germanium, 0 to 12 wt.% in all of at least one element selected among Si, Ti, B, Zr, Mg, Bi, Sr, Li, Na, Cu, Sb, Ca, Zn, and Sn, the rest being inevitable impurities, said alloy being wrought so as to have a thixotropic behaviour in semisolid state after brazing; and 2) in performing the brazing bringing the brazing alloy in semisolid state to a brazing temperature higher than the AlGe eutectic temperature (424 DEG C) or higher than a eutectic temperature capable of being obtained at a temperature less than 424 DEG C with the material of the parts to be assembled, the brazing temperature being not more than 520 DEG C.
