<p>The invention concerns an electrical cooking appliance, in particular a deep fryer, comprising a housing (2) designed to receive a removable bowl (3), said bowl including side walls (4) and a base (5) whereon is fixed a shielded heating element (6) comprising two ends (7) each with a binding post (8) at the tip, an electrical connector (10) mounted in the housing (1), said connector comprising contacts (12) arranged opposite openings (11) provided for receiving the shielded heating element (6) binding posts (8) when the bowl (3) is inserted in the housing (1). The invention is characterised in that the connector (10) is mounted mobile in lateral translation relative to the housing (1) base and the openings (11) have bevel edges (13) arranged for guiding the heating element binding posts (8) towards the contacts (12).</p> |
