<p>Coins of different kinds are fed through coin input part (16) of an upper case (3), and the number of coins ejected of each kind, and the total amount of money of the coins are calculated and displayed. A rotary disk (5) and a driven wheel (6) are provided on the upper face of the body case (2). A belt (12) is passed around them, and driven by means of a handle (14). An upper case (3) is openably/closably fitted to the body case (2), and a guide passage (19) is formed in the lower face of the upper case (3). A coin sensor for measuring the diameters of the coins and the number of coins passing is provided above a sensing hole (23) on the upper case (3) side. A light beam from a light source provided on the body case (2) side is projected toward the coin sensor. The coins fed are transferred from the outer edge of the rotating rotary disk (5) onto the belt (12) in the guide passage (19) and counted by the coin sensor before ejected through an ejection slot (11). A controller calculates the number of coins and the total amount of money of the coins, which are displayed on an LED display part provided on the upper face of the upper case (3).</p> |
