<p>A valve (50) comprises a body (52) having a conduit (53) of circular cross-section extending therethrough. A gate member (54), which may be positioned in the conduit to block fluid flow therethrough, is pivotally coupled through pivot axis (56) to the body (52). A lever (58) is rigidly connected to the gate member (54) to control pivotal movement of the gate (54) out of the conduit (53) in a plane perpendicular to fluid flow direction indicated by the arrow (D).</p> |
