The present invention relates to a device that comprises two sections (1, 2), i.e. a front section and a rear section which are hinged together. Each of said sections (1, 2) includes a hollow body (4) comprising nozzles (28) in its front part, as well as several sets (5) of cleaning (29, 34) and centering (30, 36) discs which are mounted coaxially on said body. A cleaning unit (6) is arranged between the sets (5) of the front section (1). The body (4) in the rear part of each section (1, 2) comprises a closure end wall (21), wherein the disc (39) of the rear set (5) which is closest to said wall has a diameter which is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube and defines an annular channel (40) together with the surface of said tube. The remaining discs (34, 36) of the rear set (5) include through-openings (35, 37) formed on their periphery. The body (4) further includes a channel (15) which ensures communication, through the openings (35, 37) in the discs (34, 36) and through the annular channel (40), between the different segments of the tube cavity which are located in front of and behind the section (1, 2).
