The circuit has an output controller (111), an output image selector (112), first and second counter regulators (113,114) and a projection image frequency generator (115). The output controller outputs different image signals according to the state of a selected output image signal. The output image selector sets a first counter signal to an ON state, and the output image signal into the second state, according to a horizontal location synchronizing signal.
