The transceiver comprises several LF signal transmitters working in inductive frequency range and allocated to different car sides, and a receiver unit for HF transponder(8) answering signal, working in HF range. The transponder has a LF receiver and a HF answering signal transmitter. The LF transmitters(4,5,6) are connected for cyclic and time offset transmission of a reception range limiting signal. To the car HF transceiver(7) and to the transponder are allocated HF transceiver units. The car HF transceiver transmits an ID signal for each LF transmitter. The transponder HF transceiver transmits an answering signal, containing the received LF signal identity. Independent claims are included for control process procedure.
