A high pressure nozzle (1) is joined to the existing windscreen cleaning system (2) with a T-joint (6) and a matching supply duct (7). The high pressure nozzle (1), which sprays and cleans the part of the window (5) opposite the mirror (3), can either be added to an existing mirror (3) or sold as a unit complete with a specific mirror. Two more nozzles (8,9) are attached to the top and the bottom respectively of the exterior mirror (3), in order to clean the mirror surface.
