The arrangement has a solar cell arrangement (3) with at least one solar cell, an accumulator connected to the solar cell arrangement, external connections and an installation arrangement. The flat accumulator forms the front boundary and the solar cell arrangement the rear boundary of a carrier for suspended mounting of the arrangement. A different type of energy storage device can be combined with the solar cell arrangement instead of an accumulator, e.g. a capacitor (25). An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing the method.
