The wall or door part has at least one fan and at least one opening in a wall, base, door or top part or an insert. The wall, door, etc. is designed so that a second subsystem containing a cooling or air conditioning module (110) can be accommodated. The fan and opening are arranged so that when no module is installed at least one basic cooling or emergency running function can be performed and at least one cooling combination, e.g. air-air or air-water cooling devices, can be formed when a module is installed. Independent claims are also included for a control cabinet system and a method of installing a cooling or air conditioning module in a control cabinet system.
