PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suitable reassignment according to fluctuation of the traffic state, in a controller having a method for assigning a car to a landing call. SOLUTION: A reassignment candidate extracting means 13 extracts call to be reassigned, namely, a reassignment candidate call, in relation to a non- responded landing call stored in a landing call storing means 12. A reassignment order determining means 14 prioritizes the reassignment candidate call in order to perform reassignment. An assignment car evaluating means 15 evaluates an assignment car in relation to the prioritized reassignment candidate call and the other registered landing call. An assigning means 16 performs reassignment of the car on the basis of the evaluated result. |
